Dell's CS in India is totally useless. It was superb when it was in Houston. I set up offices with Dell's equipment back then. Now you call it and can not understand a word they are saying.

You are brainwashed extreme leftist who supported the Sandanistas and lauded Ortega as your hero. How did that work out? The FSLN has banned protests and jailed journalists. They have been condemned by international leftist bodies as being too extreme.

I don't take advice from clueless communists.

CS in India is a joke my wife and her liberal friends at work say they just hang up when an Indian answers and just keep calling back until they get someone they can understand

Rarebird,
It is a lot better that CS at Dell, for instance, got outsourced to India and South America at 30k a year rather than being kept here at 70k a year. That partly enabled prices to drop.
This is another example of you not wanting to sleep in the bed that you made.

You vote for policies that artificially raise the cost of living and raise the cost of labor, both skilled and unskilled. Companies then outsource as a result.

You then cheer the "lower prices" that are enabled by said outsourcing, but you never admit what caused those prices to go up in the first place. Nor do you admit the number of jobs that you eliminated here in America.

Again, the vote you make with your feet contradict the vote you make at the ballot.
