Brad, thanks for your explanation regarding the draw down concept.
Penny stocks are high risk and have great volatility. Lenders are aware of this and protect themselves. I do not see that protection
currently and suspect there is more to the transaction that shareholders should find out and at least have a better understanding
of the exact mechanics of it. It could be very important down the road.
