How can a government that prides itself on freedom force businesses and consumers to keep all their money in the US?
You should save that question for later when the Democrats finally pass a wealth tax.

Money will be flowing out of America faster than anything you could imagine.

The Democrats know this, too, which is why they'll try and retroactively apply said wealth tax.
