When I do the math it looks like the ADR price and the DM price is exactly the same. If you take 1 ADR x 3= 3 (1/3 share to one perfered share) then 3X$125 (ADR Price) =$375 then $375 times 1.8 (DM conversion rate $1 is 1.8 DM) then you have 675 DM. This was the close today. Just seeing if I could come up with the right numbers. Looks like I did!
