Well, does anyone think Ira would publicly state about 11 cents per share if the audited financials did not show it?

I am pleased. Do not forget that 11 cents per share earnings at 28 million shares equals 3 million dollars. Is my math correct? That is income after operations and should be available for any purpose deemed appropriate by managment. Heck, they could buy back most of the float with that money. Instead I presume that the funds are being used to grow the company; I certainly hope so.

Now that the questions concerning earnings are gone (I hope) we should see a more representative stock price. FAMH's core business without any acquisitions is quite profitable an justifies a stock value in the $ 1.50 to 2.50 range according to my standards of valuation. Anyone care to comment? I will presume for future calculations that acquisitions will be revenue neutral until such time as they produce (audited!) results. Conservative is always best.

I look forward to anyone's comments on my statements; especially from Little Engine. I do wonder what the shorts are going to be doing in the next few weeks.
