Donald, do you mean like if the idiot fires a SCUD full of ANTHRAX into Israel? That's why I'm nervous of playing the upside these days.

Don,

I was looking into your positions on the XAL 700's...

I have to tell you that these positions are WAY underwater... they are like 7 points undervalued..

This to me means 2 things.. 1) Everyone is jumping on 2) MM;s are playing with them...

The move you will make out of the gate isnt much... 1%

You will have to hold for about 20 plus points to get out of the range that we have discussed on here, to the point that MM's arent messing and the price stabalizes..

So how long are you going to hold these puts? If the index drops, you will NOT see a percentage move that you should..

I was thinking about getting in, but they are pricier than the OEX, and as stripped..

I remember you saying that the price doesnt influence the move, but a 7 point undervalument is a BIG concern to me.. and I wanted to let you know...

Any recent read on IBM? It wants to get to 100... I want it to ~ggggg~

E

Good morning Don and all.
Hey Don we sold our AMR calls yesterday for a point. We wanted to get back in on the long side but we once again had to leave the house. Wich is the reason we shot ourself in the foot on the WFC trade. We made money but it could have been a nice double. I guess that is the downside to the old chicken trade, you have to hit the delete and move on. Good job by D.S.G.
I am sure you heard the word on CNBC from newsweek about AMR being undervalued and should be $150.00 I hope this does not bump up the XAL on you.
Good luck to you today.
