Pierre,

the way QCOM retreated today, may be the street is not expecting a good announcement from QCOM tomorrow. I have to wonder with all the CDMA related patents, it may be QCOM's turn to file some lawsuits. They can always use the MOT atty who filed the Startac/Q complaint.

By the way, why don't you join us on Feb 10 and give Paul P's boys a rest day.

Pierre,

I am quessing the reason for QCOM to release this QCOM-Vodaphone trial result until February has something to do with the decision by ETSI today. I see it as a positive sign.

Do not give the full result until the other side show what they have? Speculating! Speculating! You know the result could be released if they want to a week ago. Why wait?

We will find out tomorrow.
