Goodness, Richard, and others (Liam, TCLAUDE) who answered my
post, you spent time I was trying to avoid imposing on you
for. All the more appreciated, to be sure.

Well, since you've taken the trouble to answer, I was planning
to get Quotes Plus 2.0 and MetaStock 6.5. I take it the
data from Quotes Plus will go into MS. I also read if
I've interpreted it correctly that with these two packages
the MS limit of 255 stocks per folder has been lifted.

To my mind WOW would be premature, since I need to learn
a lot about charting and TA overall before I think I'd
be capable of inventing systems to test. As I understand
it, that is WOW's main strength.

There weren't any comments on the QP page on how to get
the 2.0 Beta, at least that I could find, just that it was
coming soon. I am glad to hear you confirm my conclusion
that QP2 was preferred to TC2000. Can anyone tell me
how to get the Beta?

I expect to pay for what I get. I'm not looking for
cheap; I'm looking for value.

Again, I was trying not to ask (just yet), but I really
appreciate the answers I got, and they have been very
helpful already.

Regards,

Spots
