Touchstone Exploration (TXP-T) Mackie Research Spec Buy Target $2.50 Three For Three At Ortoire Yesterday, TXP announced that the Chinook-1 exploration well, located on the Ortoire Block (80% W.I.), encountered a total of ~589 net feet of natural gas pay. Testing of the well is expected to commence in Q1/21. Chinook-1 is the third successful exploration well that TXP has drilled on the Ortoire Block. The first well (Coho-1) added 2P reserves of 3.3 million boe, and Cascadura-1ST1 added 2P reserves of 45 million boe. Based upon the initial results, we expect the Chinook-1 discovery could add additional substantial reserves. We maintain our SPECULATIVE BUY recommendation and we have increased our target price to $2.50/sh.
