What you say about listing/delisting is true NOW, but you ought to bone up on the new rules starting 23 Feb--the NASDAQ has said they are going to delist hundreds of stocks to improve the "image" of NAZ. Call Lionel--he can cite you verbatim what the new rules will be--believe me, BCMD knows what the requirements are and will do everything they can to see that delisting doesn't occur. If you think this is hype--so be it. Look at BCMD's S-3 filed about 21 Dec--you'll find my name there twice--and no one on that list has sold any yet. To me, loss of objectivity will eventually mean loss of money--not a smart thing to let happen.

$1 is one of many minimum requirements that must be met under new NASDAQ rules. I will consider strengthening my position when the price falls below the previous lows of about 2 bits:)
