Could someone please answer this question straight up: Will this thing ever open for trading again? And if so, when?

One thing I don't like this is that RMIL hasn't released a formal press statement saying that trading had been halted. What kind of a company is this?

It appears as someone led him to believe that there would be an accounting of shares and some type of enforced buy of short positions.

Look a bit like that to me.
