frank, you are right. anyone should feel free to post rumors they hear. that is not a problem. the problem is when , as jesse did, the statement is said to have come from the company president. that is a problem in my opinion. especially since the company has vehemently denied it. so, in summary, I dont have a problem with street rumors, because we all take those for what its worth. but if we say that the CEO has said it, then that is a serious problem.

Hi Frank and all. We will know in due course if the information we received today is accurate. I will be watching for signs of this brokerage doing financings in the Alberta play. When I see some evidence I will post the name of the brokerage.

VSE Financing rules have recently changed and the timing of this information is more than a coincidence methinks.

This is a street rumour....I suggest other threadsters due their own due diligence and check this out with their sources. I hope it is true. We need a good area play to lift this market out of its doldrums.

P.S. The problem is not what Jesse posted. The problem is companies saying one thing publicly and whispering other things to select groups of people. The Internet is the great equalizer and what Jesse shared with this thread gave all of us a chance to hear what is being said off the record.
