"My youngest came out in April as a transgender girl & my blood freezes daily at the thought of four more years of hatred & discrimination from the POTUS. Biden has long supported LGBTQ issues, backing same-sex marriage in 2012, even before former President Obama. He also voted for an amendment to strike Don't Ask, Don't Tell, which was introduced as a compromise to allow gay people to serve in the military, in the 1990s, and has a long history of supporting benefits for same-sex couples.

There is a massive lemming-like but extremely abnormal trend at play with adolescent women - a fad, if you will, to surgically transgender at a very early age, before these young girls form the judgment to determine whether it is the right choice for them. It is a serious problem. A scandal, in my view Physicians are going along with it, parents ditto, but the damage done is forever. MDs make money, parents believe that they are 'progressive' and the troubled young girls get attention. Many of the girls doing this are troubled for many reasons unrelated to gender. The research shows that individuals who are truly born into the wrong gender are a very tiny part of the population. But take a look at the statistics for transgender surgery among adolescent girls - they are increasing in a shocking way. Probably mostly in California, the land of make believe. I really don't think even Biden is that stupid.
