You might be taking drugs, TT because once again you are off topic and out to lunch. . Two examples: Reagan imposed tariffs on foreign manufactured chips. He imposed tariffs on automobiles that were not at least 50% manufactured in the USA. That is why the foreign auto companies built all of those auto plants all over the USA. They are still assembling them here. Before that, they could just ship them in with no consequence.
