John, I think Cymer management has gotten the bad news out and presented a way through it to a very positive future. I think they have effectively lowered the crossbar enough that any surprises for the quarter will be positive ones. I, too, think they've been going through a fast learning curve. I hope it extends to the way they handle future financing, including their buyback program. If they opted for a put-selling strategy, they could realize a bunch of extra income with no outlay or purchase the shares they acquire at significantly lower cost. This is where a good CFO can really earn his salary and stock options. Baird
