Maybe we will start seeing suits based on "failing to make positive statements when the outlook warrents' resulting in premature sales of the stock by the class" <g>

After all, MLIN knew they had momementum, but rather than share that with the world, they kept it quite and launched a buy back program to get those cheap shares for themselves.

Ed,

I was going to write this the other day when I read your post but now I feel a little more confident given the trend of MLIN <g> (What a coward huh...)

If MLIN continues to advance at a 1/16 to 1/8 each day for say four days in a row only to drop by 1/8 and then proceed on to the next high...I won't mind a bit.
Slow but sure - steady as she goes, works for me. So far that seems to be what we have. Folks are nervous about the softness but at the same time there must be some confidence here, right? Its either that or the buy back program is causing this...
And somebody save us if that's it...
