I looked it up and the ABA said she was.

Having said that, it is interesting that someone can be well qualified and not acceptable!?

Maybe we need to change our criteria for what is qualified, like a psychological test :)>.

I'll be happy to weigh in here. Of course, Barrett is qualified. Law school professor; 7th circuit judge; ABA approved. Strikes me as qualified.

Is she acceptable? Good heavens. Not. She is clearly a part of the right wing judicial push to cancel the strong SC push through the 60s, 70s, and 80s to enact the constitutions equality provisions.

And is clearly part of a self conscious push for minority rule. Embodded in the courts.
