The Foxconn story in Wisconsin sounds a bit like a repeat of the UK Siemens Newcastle upon Tyne investment in the 1990's. Lots of talk but no real action.

It's just amzing how Billion dollar investments just blow up into smoke, yet it isn't so easy to earn those $$billions$$ of dollars to start with.

Unless you can just print it of course -g-

It's an argument for some sort of hard money. People who have actually earned the money in the first place are much less likely to blow it in some fools errand.
