-- Thanks for the summary. I like the part where the prez said he's open to selling off divisions & increasing shareholder value. If nothing else, HCIA is cheap on a book value basis. And a suitor with a better ability to turn a profit could easily double the share price of HCIA overnight.

-- One question: any timeframe on when they'll become profitable? Was the question asked? What was the answer.

What bothered me was basically 2 things:

1. They are in an industry growing at about 25-30% annually. Yet they talked about core business going up from $16+ million to $17+ million. Not much to be excited about given that it's their CORE business.
2. Nothing they really said was concrete - like, "we WILL do this" and "we WILL achieve these targets by such and such date". Everything was sooo vague and up in the air - almost like they have not specific goals. When management talks like that, I'd get worried.
