Keep watching and I feel the winds a blowing, if you don't thats fine! As for threats, sir, look at what I said I was and I am within my rights by the Terms Of Service. I do not recall saying that someone should be removed for what was written on this thread, if I have and forgotten than show me. For what is in private with a persistance to give an Email address to begin and then the use of Private Messages, a Service that is both Provided and Controlled by this Company of which I am a customer. If the company is made aware and they do not respond that is Negligent. End Of Story. If the company provides a means to eliminate that person without eliminating a service that as a Customer I have A right to utilize, well then they have taken steps to rectify the situtation and have attempted to correct a wrong. I As a customer who has not violated the Terms of Service, I have protection under the law from being censored or harassed. Others have accused of an attempt to deny the First Amendment right of Posters, Do I not have that same right? Threats of Litigation does not consitute an Illgeal threat such as ones of Personal Injury or Financial Damage. As for your opinions on whether BB stocks should be allowed on Silicon Investor and what you perceive of their threads is quite frankly, immaterial. Yeah Silicon Investor is a Non-Profit Org. You say people don't care about my opinion, well I just keep posting my thoughts despite that fact. Oh somewhere I will find the strength to go on How Big Can You Build A Bridge?
