Anyone remember this PR? This PR must be investigated by SEC ENFORCEMENT finance.yahoo.com Note the Date, who PR'ed for WHO, and Why.? Who are the benefactors in this PR? Cyber Id Guard is a SHELL COMPANY owned by moderator of Investors Hangout SFOR board and the second one is Sham co, PR'ing a non-existing product for a Shell company, just before the 1:500 R/S. This is in plain sight , misleading 1000's of investors. This was PR'ed likely to bail out individuals before the R/S. And What happened days later? Rest of the shareholders get to know about a massive reverse split. In the recent past ( Late Sept 2020 ): All characters in this PR were Moderator and Asst moderators of investors hangout . Now read this PR carefully and look at what they are touting in April .. and again in Sept/Oct. They don't have any product.. but still did this misleading PR with the shell company. Yesterday's PR was a continuation of uplisting to exchange PR coupled with Sycamore capital enhancing cash position resulting in massive dilution and R/S 1-500. Now Spencer Clarke dumping 660m shares, increasing cash position. That's the only way they know how to raise money to pay themselves & raised cash for 20 years. 1000's of misleading emails & statements via, tweets, podcasts, interviews, and even 10Q's. Story is much bigger than anyone thinks- Just wait & watch No Business, No Products & No Sales. Period.
