I think folks will spread out more.. when I say flattening the curve.. I mean population density of downtown core will lessen... downtown core will be less and less relevant...

Internet started slow.. now is ubiquitous in our lives... Telecommuting was heralded as a new wave over a decade ago.. Things like ZOOM coupled with the incentive of Covid are making it a practical reality ...

stay tuned :)

when I am at our chalet.. I watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, watch the morning mist rise off the lake over a fresh brewed java.. hear the sounds of nature.. see the ducks, loons and geese arrive for a short visit each spring and fall.. see the stars like dust above and hence can see our galaxy floating in the ether.. all too beautiful just like Itchycoo Park :) With reliable HS internet why would I not prefer the relative privacy of nearest neigbour 300 ft away... natural social distancing :) Don't get me wrong .. I enjoy museums and art and the like found in cities.. but that is an excursion.. I would not be at these places daily .. so why abide crowds ? neighbours are close enough for companionship when wanted...
