H and Q became SSAX's investment banker and received 1.3 million warrants. hambrecht.com Josenphal and Co. also initiated coverage with a buy rating in Dec. and I did not find any connection to the co. Your assignment, should you choose to accept it and do some digging is to find any connection to Josenphal and co. Could you see if you could find their web site? Also of interest might be to find Robertson Stephens' Dec. report. Sergio
