What if the SEA countries just can't come up with the money to pay? Should CYMI give the lasers away or should it bring them back and resell it to new customers or what? If those countries can't secure the credit, they simply can't find cash for CYMI to collect.stepper deliveries to SE Asia are continuing on schedule sounds like a risky strategy. CYMI itself has heavy debt. Long but worried CYMI might be a little too agressive.
