You might have something here. Larry Pollack is saying something similar, more bluntly. I've been long in digi for a long time. Over the years, Mr. Donald has certainly been the driving force behind the company's performance, in my opinion. However, in all the conference calls I've listened to, it has always been the same: financial presentation, questions and answers. Some people don't do well in that environment. Having lived in Dallas and being new here, maybe you see things differently and could shed some light on this. Is father time catching up with our CEO? One of my concerns for some time has been the relative invisibility of the rest of the management team and the company's difficulty in keeping good people. The question/response which "bugged me" in the conference call was the one about recruiting in the Dallas area. I was very concerned when Doug Jacobs left last year. He has been replaced, but I don't know the replacement or where he came from. Are others vulnerable? Any thoughts? Regards, Dave Chanoux
