CH- I haven't been to the China mfg plant but I've seen pictures of it from their web site. They are benefitting from being able to buy cheaper parts from neighboring countries (the ones who's currencies have blown up). China has been one of the few countries that has escaped the dramatic currency errosion. As I understand it, Osicom currently does produce components for the IQX-200 over there....those components, I have seen with my own eyes when I vistited the MD facility. As far as the Gigamux, I do not know of any plans currently to produce it over there...it has a long mfg process, which consists of "curing" or burning in components. Net Arm is manufactured by Atmel.
