bentway, Mitch seems to have some health issues: Right hand is bruised and the left hand is swollen and not bruised. With a bandaid in unusual places for something going on in each hand. Usually, if you have significant acute swelling that is cardiac in nature, it is the dependent body parts that get it first so it usually affects the lower extremities first. And then you can sometimes see some shortness of breath. Could it be hematological with a platelet issue causing the bruising? Or is it related to IVs that he has had in his hands for some reason? Hard for me to take a guess at this point. Maybe there is something going on that he is trying to keep under wraps so he doesn't lose the election but it is hard for me to know just from that one picture. I haven't done adult medicine in almost 40 years.
