I think that both sides are just waiting. The bid is low and the ask is also low judging by the potential but this is the reality of the market. The risk is higher for sellers as I would think that paying more, a lot more when the official documents are signed holds more future for profit than selling to cheap at the standoff. Of course there many who don't believe in SB and even if this happens they still won't believe in SPE's future. So far the development is in right direction and with every step forward the picture will have better clarity. R
