It's clear Bush violated many laws and most of his people can't leave the US out of fear of being arrested for war crimes. One of the problems we have is a Supreme Court ruling which says someone can't be prosecuted for crimes if it was done as part of their job. So, a police officer who murders someone while on duty is given immunity. A president who tortures has immunity. Here's what we need to do. We need to fix our court system so criminals go to jail. As I understand it Biden will add many new judges throughout the country because cases are so far backlogged and if the Supreme Court tries to undercut him he'll pack that court also.
