Trump would have won easily if it wasn't for the Covid pandemic. But G-d did not want Trump to get reelected.

People need money, need government to spend big, which the Dems do quite well.

The social environment makes it a Dem sweep. If the Republicans would have spent more, they would have maintained their Senate advantage.

Things conspired to the Dems advantage.

One other thing: I think the race tightens up a bit over the next 11 days, but not enough for Trump to win. There were some conservatives who were Trump supporters sitting on the fence, looking for a good reason to vote for Trump. Trump gave them a reason to vote for Trump tonight. Too little to late.

If Trump can make deal with Pelosi and it passes Senate before election, Trump has an outside chance to win and Republicans to keep Senate advantage.
