Well, it looks like it is 94% African American. Not sure where Joe placed his office, but it very well could have been 95% African American. Notice the Average Income in the area. 21K per year. That begs the question; Joe, since you placed your office there, why is the poverty so high after 40 something years working "for the people", while you have multiple homes and are worth millions? Bottom line; Joe Biden and the Biden family got rich off the backs of these poor communities by fooling them he was "from the government and there to help".
