The Bergen deal would have bailed ivax out of their problems. Frost is a maroon. He did everything backwards. Before merging he should have brought in the new management. THEN he should have tried for a merger. He has sold off all his assets, I just lost my mind on this co. Then I lost my money. LOL. However, I do think better days are in store, the country canot live without a generic co. The institutions are getting restless, again. I think that by years end, you will see 15 again. Ok if you buy in now, bad if you bought in prior. IMO the play is the options. DEC's.(or whatever is the longest, I don't keep up with stock anymore, except out of frustration) Good luck, I will not post here anymore, I don't want to intrude, I am no longer a shareholder. I just had to vent my anger at that dork. al
