Hi Ditch, I too am surprised at the trading gap between BEP and BEPC (53 vs 64) for essentially the same underlying asset. I held BEPC in an IRA, and yesterday exchanged all my shares of BEPC for about 20% more shares of BEP. I am reluctant to hold K1 issuers in an IRA, but confirmed with the company that these units don’t generate, nor do they expect to generate, UBTI nor ECI. (I’m not sure what ECI is but I am familiar with the UBTI issue in IRAs).
