Hello all,
Some points that I ponder while waiting for financials where (hopefully) the real numbers are.

1) Adam Arif owns a majority of the shares and can thus do what he will with the company. The stocks price reflects his bank account in the long run.

2) Ira Monas gets paid according to what the stock does.

3) The people who've invested and/or are thinking about it are VERY hungry for and critical of the numbers.

4) Ira Monas knows from the questions asked on the phone and probably this thread that #3 is true.

5) I personally have been investing only a short time and "know" that deception and lies from a company to shareholders result in a lack of credibility, trust and therefore a drop in share price.

6) Ira Monas has been in financial circles for many years and therefore knows that #5 is true (not my part, just the deception and lies part).

As far as the numbers are concerned, I've read and heard both positive and negative depending on the motivation of the poster/speaker. We'll find out soon enough although I am impatient.

From the six points above that I ponder. I feel very comfortable with my decison to buy this one. Mistake? ... Maybe. I'll find out soon enough. Considering points 1 and 2, if my minor investment sucks, Ira and Adam will go down with me.

Of course I post the disclaimer that the above thoughts/info are my own opinions based on my own DD/research and "gut feelings". Do your own DD, make your own decisions. If you're too uncomfortable - get out or lower your stakes. Little Engine may be absolutely right, then again so might Lebed. This is a non-reporting (so far) OTC-BB after all.

I do want to thank all the posters for the learning experience I've been able to enjoy for the last couple of months.

I Love this soap opera
