That was kind of my point but you should compare apples to apples...
er...retail boxmakers to retail boxmakers. Who has the worse name? Packard Bell, Compaq, IBM, Hewlett Packard, CTX, Acer? Most people know the first three and Packard Bell is the one with the negative reputation.
