Paul, You must of had too much turkey for lunch! Your startiing to gobble. My point is that five year ago AMD stock sold for $10.00 now its $20.00. Ok 19.75. For a smart guy you seems stuck on nickle and dime issues. Relax and elevate your thought pattern to bigger and broader issues. Like the one susiside and the two other resignations in the Japanees finace ministrys due to a corruption scandel. The Nikki will fall again and Japan will teeter on the brink of colapse. a nikki below 14,000 busts every major Japanees bank. How can they recover from all the bad unreconized realestate loans from the collapsed Japanees real estate market. On top of the defaulted Asian loans. Today the DutchaBank, Germanys largest Bank took a $2.5 billion change against earnings as a reserve for losses for lending activity. collective European Loan exposure to Asia is over one trillion in the region. Japans's is much higher. Us international bank (CityCorp ect) exposure is $200 billlion. this is just the tip of the iceberg. Japans finance system is rotton to the core. Unless Japan takes immeadiate drastic measures it sinks slowly into a depression. Japan continues to hope the problem will go away it won't. I guess you have all this factered into Intel's stock price?
