NY (and some surrounding areas) would have had half the fatalities, had they refrained from sending infected patients to nursing homes. By then, it was known that old people are at an increased risk.

.....yep.............Cuomo directly responsible............I vividly recall listening to a Levin rewind late at night from that days show.........a woman calls in and claims to be a health care administrator from a NY nursing home. She had just received the edict from Cuomo requiring the nursing home to take back recently diagnosed and ostensibly cured COVID patients..............She related all this to Levin........he was completely taken aback.....at first, he though she was not legitimate...........that he could not possibly believe what he was hearing .....this women pleaded with the state not to go thru with this death sentence..........to no avail..............probably caused up to 18K deaths in nursing homes / elder care facilities in NY alone...........then the idiot Democratic governors in CT, PA, NJ, Michigan followed suit expanding this policy to a national tragedy...............the Pa state health director even removed his/her mother from the nursing home she was in just prior to the edict.............makes we want to puke........for several reasons
