Tom, I could not agree with you more. I had hoped to discuss the S-1A beginning last week, and in fact posted once about it. The suggested registration of shares is 42% of the current outstanding shares. The dilution would be tremendous. The registration becomes effective March 1st, 1998. Show me the sales, show me the revenues. The Dirty Dozen think they are going to hold this stock until Frank reaches his goals come hell or high water. Well, guys, there are more than the dirty dozen in this registration and they will take their money and run, or short shares to protect their investment. We need revenues to show up real fast.
