I have to confess I'm pretty undecided aka confused on this issue. I heard some pretty reliable info that axnt was in play back in the late summer BEFORE the rapt deal. My guess is that axnt decided to build their own empire rather than sell when the stock was in the low 20's. Why would they sell now in the teens? I think they spend a year building their own empire and see where it gets them.
