Only if Exxon-Mobil changes their mind and decides to fund the Mozambique LNG project does French Total invest their portion of the massive $20 billion liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Mozambique.

Exxon has told their partners, including Total, that project costs need to be cut substantially or the project is off.
