You want the 3COM news, I need the time. Amen to that. Let's not forget those people who need to be online due to the nature of their work. My dorky ISDuh is still flat-rate, knock on wood. I would hate the thought of losing any alloted minutes due to programming and/or testing work for a client. If a customer project ran me into a heavy ISP bill, I'd have to factor that into the customer billing (without pricing myself out of a contract). Plus, there's material that gets done on free time for fun which enhances the general net experience. You want content.
