Good Morning JP & Folks: Curiously both FNTN and MSN rate a 7 at this time. The fact that the indicators are turning up like this at the bottom of the range is a big positive. My read is that the weak holders are out of FNTN. If there are any shorts from last week they may be forced to cover. Selling appears to have dried up and I sense prices want to return to the area where more trading occured at higher levels, ie. in the 30 - 60 cents range. If we close anywhere in the range of 31-35, I would expect a fast move back to test recent highs. In Elliot terms we may have just completed a double 1 x 2 wave formation and the next move would be a third wave of some sort, which should be significantly stronger and more powerful and could potentially double or triple either of the previous first wave moves. First wave one was 14 to 60, retracement wave 2/3 of first. Second wave one was low 20's to high 50s, with in my view short sharp retracement IN CONTRAST to LONG base building retracement base builder since October. This is potentially very bullish once the next impulse move begins as the whole structure would take on a much more dynamic profile. Then as resistance points are overcome on the upside it should add momentum to the overall move this time around which I would expect to be of a more sustained nature, especially once the previous interim weekly highs are taken out. Btw, (it would definately rate a 10 by then) and pave the way for an explosive move to possibly retest previous interim high at 1 5/8ths. This thing is too quiet down here and I sense that as volume begins to pick up and we move higher, that patient holders who have had to endure this rollercoaster may be in for an elevator tide to the penthouse level. Another positive. I am beginning to see signs of small stocks bottoming out all over the place and seeing incredible percentage moves over very truncated time periods. You may have seen my comments at the beginning of 1998, that I thought that we are in fact making a mjor low in OTC issues and could be at the beginning of a three year to seven year bull move that should take us at least through the year 2001. These small stocks have a 7 year cylcle from trough to trough and I think we are about there right now. Lets face it 4.3% growth in the 4th quarter is bullish for small companies, especially ones with innovative cutting edge products like those of FNTN, that also hold the promise of substantial savings and an increase in businessn for its customers. A highly compelling formula for success. I'm hearing that a lot business is being written every day as their sales force moves into high gear. rgds Wiz
