Question to the thread....

I am confused about the difference between the ex-dividend date and shareholders of record date, oh wait is the market closed 2/16/98 ?? that would explain it.

Last: Any comments on WDC and QNTM and disk drive industries? They had been basing for the last few weeks and it seems like they started to rebound...I'm in at QNTM at 20 1/2 and WDC 17 5/8 (yesterday) looking for exit price for both in the next few days..
