Bill, I don't consider myself to be a great mkt timer but I have had 3 or 4 pretty profitable trdes with Hum. I see very limited near term upside from here , but in a bad mkt I can see it dropping 10-15%. My thinking is that I like to have the potential upside much higher than the downside. Then again, I'm very short term oriented. I think that there may be some apprehension over how much they will write off from the Andyne acquisition. Also investors want to see results from Andyne sales. I'll be watching Hum & if I feel the time is right I'll try again. James
