Joe, A good morning to you and all the crew at DCI as well! This sounds great to me and I like the way the buyback is being handled so far...sometimes a little "mystery" can be a good thing. (G)

Mr. Joe Murphy,

Can you please comment on the CNBC contact you have had according to one poster here 2 days ago? I believe he said something along the lines you were contacted to speak about European deregulation of telecommunications. Can you comment on if/when you will be appearing and if this is a set in stone thing or so far its just an idea they passed along to you.

Thanks,
Mark

Joe,

A good morning to you.

As I look into my wallet, I see two Christmas gifts I received from my sister. One is a debit card for Best Buy and the other is a debit card for Blockbuster. Hmmm. Is the future trying to tell all of us something here?

Thanks for your empathy and input. You breathe a genuine air of camaraderie into this little corner of the SI cyber-community. There's precious little of that in today's rush-about business. I do appreciate your efforts!

Onward,

George

P.S. Have you ever considered doing a motivational tape program for
Nightengale Conant? Nasbitt never did one that I know of. Just a thought as I believe the "high touch" way of business is needed more now than ever.

Dear Joe,

I would appreciate it if you could answer a question for me. Is Cyberfax currently producing revenues? If so can you give any indication of its progress? From research I am getting a feeling that Cyberfax may not be as far along as I had thought? Can you give me an update on this please. I only ask for input that you can freely give.

It will be interesting in watching the buyback program and the upcoming news releases. I remain loyal and anxious. Earnings will have to be out soon as well. As for those that want to short the stock they are out there, just look at the Yahoo message boards. You just got to take them with a grain a salt thats for sure!!! I think the buyback has them a bit hesistent. No need IMO to get too excited over a few opinions, they have nothing to substantiate their claims and obviously have not followed this long term.

IMO if the balance sheet is strong, the management is strong, the business plan is strong, the people are strong, the stock price will speak for itself over the long term. Plan to hang long term all the way and let things unfold.

Thanks for any input,

Eric

Howdy Joe,
Thanks for the update, can't wait to see what the next piece of the puzzle is. I hope to see you soon on CNBC too. Maybe you could show up on camera, with El Grupo and the other oldies fans in the background, singing some songs. You'll have to come with a name for the others, I think Pips is already taken.

hello mr. murphy,

i would like to invest in your company but first i have a few questions

1)how many shares outstanding? it seems to have dramatically increased reccently. i have seen 15,000,000.

2)who is selling or shorting this stock? it seems as if people with large amounts of stock in this company would know that deals are coming and they could sell for more if they wait a week or so. or are these sellers people who got their companies recently aquired by dctc? if so there are millions of shares that were recently issued in the last year that could be potentially sold, right?

3)do you plan on making aquisitions by producing more stock and increasing the float or do you plan on loans? i hope millions of more shares were not produced to make these aquisitions that are soon to be announced, unless of course a stock purchase would be much cheaper than a cash purchase.

these things being said, i'm glad to see you are on the investor's side and letting us know of things to come on the thread. i purchased some shares today and after some more dd to get the answers to my questions, i plan on buying more on monday..
thank you for your time...and thanks in advance
