There are three things bothering the Market: 1. Contested election. 2. Lack of stimulus. 3. Virus resurgence.

A Biden or Trump decisive victory along with a possible Dem Sweep in Congress will eliminate concerns 1 and 2 above. Problem is if Biden wins there will be no stimulus till February and economy will stall if not decelerate. If Biden wins, he will work more closely with Fauci and make a Federal Mandate to wear a mask. I am not to thrilled about that, but I will support it because I think it is healthy. We could be in a holding pattern till February if Biden wins unless Pelosi goes back to her original 3.4T stimulus plan, which I am sure Biden will support. Maybe Market starts discounting that stimulus bill in December.

In the end, Wall Street will manage to live very well without Trump's cold war against China and his tariffs. In fact, I think the foreign and especially, the emerging markets would rally very strongly with a Joe Biden victory right away.

I would buy Singapore and China if Biden wins, along with a large cap and small cap emerging market ETF.
