In TA pt of view, CYMI create a base around 15 almost 1 month. This is typical flat base pattern and also the 50 line aver go down to 17 1/4 yesterday. If cymi can break the resistance(17 1/4) and stay above it, a run to 20 is not a dream. Also, it is an very strong buy signal for cymi show in my TA tools. regards daniel
