Thats not exactly fair, but yes the US is behind the curve on this.

$600 bonus unemployment a week for many for a while. Plus the normal unemployment. So some were bringing in $2800 a month in the US.

IMHO, The biggest issues in the US are the delays, the distribution gaps, the pending expiration and the reduction to $300 a week.
