Hi Johnny,

No earnings guidance other than the modeled performance.

The revenue was in the range of 176 to 192 million and strong order growth building backlog on into 2021.

Auto has come back quicker that anticipated last quarter. Auto is testing with a newer technology utilyzing cryogenic tri temperature control which technical talk for their highest margin handlers.

RF chips for 5G handsets is strong and the test and handler of them is ramping with their new system "RED DRAGON". Somewhat new that they not just handling them, but testing and handling! Good to see them getting a bigger footprint in the test shops.

A very bullish forward view with not one big industry driver but two: 5G and automotive coming on strong at the same time. It was a bit of a surprise and not in the last 20 years or ever for that matter has Cohu had two big sectors ramping. Very positive forward view.

Worth a listen or tw or three.

Finally after two years of reorg and its expenses, it looks like the addressable market is growing just in time for them to have been leaned out in advance.

Cohu still is my largest holding and I just had my largest record up day in my account ever.

Patience can and does pay off - blows my mind that they did that after suspending the dividend.

It still shows their attitude for shareholders IMO.

Starting november management is suspending their partial pay cuts, while the stockholders are being dealt a 100% cut in the dividend.

I'm making plans to see the leaders at the next stockholder meeting and expressing my displeasure with their view. It is not stockholder friendly and they could use that image to enhance the stocks price IMO. It is an unnecessary polarizing event.

They want to reduce the debt and took a good chunk of it down this last quarter while growing cash to 170 million (about twice what they need to run the company!

I do not remember an up day as large as today and I've been hand charting Cohu since 1978 up until computers and printers came along. <smile> So it was a nice day indeed!
