LOR bought some CDRD shares and gave CDRD three years to pay for the satellites; if CDRD goes belly up, LOR can still sell the satellites to someone else, as they can with this current contract that's uncertain.

CDRD still lacks financing for its total package. Seems to be drifting up on general market movement at the moment.
